Payment Options

How To Order
1. Through our on-line shopping cart and checkout. If you have a coupon or discount code, please enter in the voucher area. Coupon and discount codes will not be applied to sales items and only one coupon or discount code per order may be used. If you have a coupon that has NOT expired and does not work, please contact us and we will provide you with one that works with our NEW shopping cart.

Shipping
Our products ship one (1) to three (3) business days after receiving your order. We ship your order in purple boxes tied with silver or purple ribbon. If it is a gift please let us know in the shopping cart and we will gift wrap it in silver wrapping paper for free!
*NOTE: We will NOT ship to APO, FPO or to P.O. Boxes.
US Shipping
Our main shipper is U.S. Postal Service with delivery confirmation. Your order will arrive generally 3 to 6 business days. In rare cases this service can take up to 14 days to deliver.

USPS Priority Post
$0 to $50 - $5.50
$51 to $99 - $7.00

Arizona residents: A sales tax of 6.1% will be add to your order.
International Orders
If you wish to purchase outside the US or Canada, please email us for shipping options. INTERNATIONAL order must pay via PayPal inovice. You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to pay a PayPal invoice.
Return Policy
We will accept returns on any non-customized item if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please notify us with in 24 hours of receipt if any items are damaged or missing from your order. Original shipping charges are NOT refundable on returns.
Please return items with a copy of the invoice, the item in their original packaging and a return number. To receive a return number, call us at 520-236-6520 and leave a message for us to call you back (DUE to the high number of telemarketing phone calls we are NOT answering the phone) or contact us anytime via email. Any unauthorized returns or merchandise altered/damaged in any way will NOT be accepted.
You are responsible for return shipping charges and please insure your returns for your protection. After 7 days we will give you store credit (good for 6 months) for returned items. If an item needs to be exchanged, please return it in a bubble envelope.
Guaranteed
All jewelry is guaranteed to be free from defects in craftsmanship and materials on delivery. Should the jewelry fail, and examination reveals it was due to negligence on our part we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
