Do you accept International Orders?
Yes, we do! We asked that you email us first since shipping costs will vary and we require ALL International Orders (except to Canada) to be paid via PayPal. Don't have a PayPal account? You don't need to have an account to pay a PayPal invoice.
Is the jewelry on your site handmade?
All pieces are constructed by hand by Lilie from findings, beads and charms sourced from all over the world. Our handmade and hand painted beads come from China.
Do you create custom pieces?
Of course! Many of the pieces you see in our shop may be customized with the beads, Swarovski crystals, czech glass, gemstones, shells & pearls and/or charms of your choice. Visit our Custom pages for more detailed information.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Treat our creations as you would any other treasured pieces of jewelry. Keep them in a safe place when they're not being worn. Remove your jewelry before sleeping, washing, applying perfume and cosmetics, or swimming. Some pieces are very delicate so try not to pull, bend or apply excessive pressure to them.
Sterling Silver Care
Since most of our jewelry is made from sterling silver it may tarnish and will discolor in chlorinated water. Some pieces have been made with anti-tarnish material, but we still suggest extra care is taken to preserve the jewelry for as long as possible.
Tarnishing does not usually happen when you wear your silver jewelry on a regular basis. It is more likely to happen if you store the jewelry for a long time, have the jewelry in contact with rubber bands or take medication that changes the acidity of your skin.
To keep your silver tarnish-free store it in a plastic zip lock bag with anti-tarnish paper, dry it well after exposure to water and clean it regularly with special silver cleaning cloths (found in jewelry supply stores or hardware stores) or diluted mild dishwashing liquid. We do NOT recommend using liquid tarnish remover as it removes decoration and writing as well as tarnish.
Alphabet Bead Care
The alphabet beads are oxidized. Do NOT dip in tarnish remover (it will make the entire bead silver).
Swarovski Crystal Care
We recommend washing Swarovski crystals by hand in lukewarm water with a few drops of a mild detergent. Then rinse your crystals under running water and dry with a soft, lint-free cloth (this prevents spotting). Do NOT use abrasive detergents, corrosive detergents, glass cleaner or window-cleaner.

Do you have a retail store?
We do not have a retail store but you can find us at various shows and markets in the Sierra Vista area. See our 'shows' page for future events, or email us at show@aplanet4creation.com and we'll drop you a line a few days before each event.
I have a retail store and am interested in carrying your jewelry. Do you take wholesale orders?
Yes, most of the items on our site are available to wholesale buyers with our minimum order being $200USD. If you are interested in placing a wholesale order, please contact us with your business name, contact name, business address, business phone number, resale tax number & a note letting us know where you found out about us and what items you are interested in carrying.

My purchase is a present, do you gift wrap?
Yes, we offer a free gift wrapping service. Please request a gift wrap in the comments section of the shopping cart. Our gift wrap is silver. The jewelry will be wrapped in purple tissue paper and placed in a purple box (as pictured below) tied with either purple or silver ribbon (you may request purple or silver in the shopping cart comments section).
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, we do. Gift Certificates are purchased just like any other item in our store. You can pay for them using the stores standard payment method(s). Once purchased you will be emailed a code for your Gift Certificate amount or we can email the code to your the person you want it sent to.
If you receive a Gift Certificate by email, it will contain details of who sent you the Gift Certificate, and possibly a short message from them. The email will also contain the Gift Certificate Redemption Code It is probably a good idea to print out this email for future reference. You can now redeem the Gift Certificate by simiply using it in the Discount Coupons Redemption Code during the checkout process.

Do you have a printed catalog?
We currently do not have a printed catalogue. Due to the nature of handcrafted jewelry, most pieces are limited edition and our stock is constantly changing.
How can I keep up to date with changes to your website and new products?
Join our free mailing list for news on what's happening at A Planet 4 Creation. This is a low volume mailing (usually one email per month) and you may opt out at any time by entering your information in our newsletter form and checking 'unsubscribe'. We will not pass on your email address to anyone else.

About Us
Many years ago, creative child Lilie Wells cut the hologram from an old Mastercard and made it into an earring. It was the beginning of a career in crafting and customizing that would eventually inspire her to go into business selling her own handmade jewelry.
After spending some time working as a math and science teacher, mother-of-two Lilie decided to turn her love of crafting into a legitimate career. Looking to her childhood for inspiration yet again, she chose to borrow the name 'A Planet 4 Creation' from her 9th grade self. It was originally going to be the name of her band!
Interested in all forms of art and craft, Wells is a self-taught jewelry maker who specializes in creating high quality, sophisticated pieces with a sense of humor. She takes inspiration from nature and the things that are around her, but also from her Chinese roots, often using hand-painted beads from China or Oriental pendants in her creations.
The A Planet 4 Creation mission is simple. To create chic, simple jewelry from high quality materials. From the unique 'little charmers' which clip onto handbags, zippers and cell phones to birthstone earrings and eastern-inspired pendants, each creation is handcrafted by Wells from carefully sourced materials. As a trainee silversmith, Lilie uses sterling silver findings in all her pieces, and charms are strung together with hand painted beads, Swarovski crystals and other beautiful materials to ensure a high-end, luxurious feel you won't find in stores.
